Opening: 16 October 2026, 18:00

Exhibition period: 16 October 2026 – 8 November 2026

Splaiul Morarilor nr. 1B, Timișoara

Sculptor Rudolf Kocsis’s anniversary exhibition explores existence, the passage of time and traces preserved in material.

The anniversary exhibition brings together works related to recurring biographical and identity themes. The works preserve traces of existence in durable materials. The new sculpture series GRĂDINA / KERT juxtaposes contrasting materials. Natural degradation and dried fruit from the artist’s garden inspired reflections on the passage of time. The works reconsider medieval techniques and combine carved wood with sand, metalwork, copper, bronze, chiselling and patination. The exhibition invites reflection and contemplation. The opening takes place on 16 October 2026 at 18:00. The exhibition period is 16 October – 8 November 2026.
