Organic Architecture on the Bega

The church complex designed by Imre Makovecz and his collaborators

The New Millennium Reformed Center in Timișoara was designed by the Kossuth Prize-winning architect Imre Makovecz; the detailed plans and execution were carried out by the collaborating architects Csaba Müller and Tibor Bata.

The congregation, constituted in 1999, worked for more than two decades on the construction; the result is the complex consecrated in December 2019, which alongside faith life is a fortress of Hungarian culture in the Banat and of community gatherings.
